About Us
A History of Caring
and Managing
Beginning college as a pre-med student and graduating with a business degree foretold David’s future. Following his medical interest, he’s been a Hospice Volunteer, a Certified Nurse Assistant, a Certified Medical Technician, a Licensed Massage Practitioner, an Alternative Health Practitioner, a Primary Caregiver, a Patient Advocate, and a Care Manager.
Concurrently, he initiated and managed several successful businesses in Landscape Maintenance and Design, Estate Preparation for Sale, Home Repair, Alternative Medicine, and Care Management fields.
David’s medical and business proclivities merged when he became a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and started True Fiduciary Service, specializing in cultivating a person’s vision for their remaining years and providing a manageable plan to ensure the best outcome.

Some of the ways you can expect Melynda to advocate for you are:
- Work closely with your fiduciary for appropriate medical care.
- Ask pertinent questions of your doctors and healthcare team that most people do not know to ask. She can translate complicated medical terminology for you into layperson’s terms.
- Educate you about your condition/diagnosis and other therapeutic options.
- Ensure that all necessary tests are ordered, and not repeated.
- Attend in person or by video your doctor’s appointments to ensure clear communication between all your doctors.
- Evaluate your medications and supplements for safety, interactions, and any side effects.
